The source for Presidential Vote is The Federal Election Commission. The Libertarian Party has accepted an affidavit from the Oklahoma chair attesting that he voted for Michael Badnarik as a write-in presidential candidate because the Party did not gain ballot access. For the purpose of delegate allocation, the Party considers that 1 person in Oklahoma voted for Libertarian nominee for President in 2004. |
