The committee reported that 53 delegate selection plans have been submitted to date. 8 plans, American Samoa, Arkansas, Illinois, Maryland, Nebraska, Ohio, South Dakota, and Wisconsin, are now in full compliance.
Missouri and Guam submitted their plans for public review in late August. These plans are to be submitted to the DNC in late September after the approval of the state committees.
The DNC RBC is working with the Alabama State Democratic Executive Committee regarding issues with the state's diversity caucuses.
The DNC RBC is working with Iowa regarding compliance with the dates. The state party will have additional information for the October meeting.
The New Hampshire plan does not have a date. The DNC RBC extended their waiver to 14 October 2023.
In July, the committee decided that states that have not previously included ranked choice voting in their plans should not be allowed to use ranked choice in 2024.
The DNC is working with Hawaii, Alaska, Wyoming, and Maine to determine how the states plan to use ranked choice voting.
Time 1:05:40. Democrats Abroad. The Committee found this plan to be in conditional compliance. The committee has not received sufficient information to permit the use of ranked choice for delegate allocation.
1:11:30. Oregon. The Committee found this plan to be in conditional compliance. The committee has not received sufficient information to permit the use of ranked choice voting for the election of DNC delegates but expects to have the information at the October meeting.

- Primary on 5 March 2024 is updated. The party met this past weekend and voted 53-16 to adopt their 2024 delegate allocation rules. If one candidate receives 50% of the statewide vote, that candidate receives all the delegates. Otherwise, the delegates are allocated proportionally according to the statewide vote. Starting with the candidate who received the most votes, proportionally allocate delegates rounding up fractional delegates to the next highest integer.
