If no candidate for United States Senate, U.S. House of Representatives or Governor receives 35% of the vote in the primary, a secondary election, between the two highest vote getters, shall be held three weeks from the date of the primary election. There is no 2012 primary having 3 or more candidates for any of the above offices. The runoff is cancelled. Offices nominated by party primary election: U.S. Representative, U.S. Senator, Governor.
