Thursday 10 March 2016 (presumably): All 9 of Virgin Islands delegates to the National Convention delegates are elected in today's Presidential caucus. Territorial Caucuses meet from noon to 6pm Atlantic Standard Time on St. Croix, St. Thomas, and St. John as a Convention to vote for Presidential Preference and select at-large delegates to the Republican National Convention.

3 party leaders, the National Committeeman, the National Committeewoman, and the chairman of the Virgin Islands's Republican Party, will attend the convention as unpledged delegates by virtue of their position.

Delegate Candidates that declare as being pledged shall be deemed to have promised ... to vote for such declared candidate ... on the first ballot .... Delegate Candidates ... whose declared candidate ... has withdrawn ... prior to the Caucus Date shall be deemed uncommitted. [Rule 6].
