Friday 1 March - Friday 31 May 2024 (presumably): The New York Republican State Committee will meet to elect the 10 at-large delegates who are bound according to the results of the primary. In addition, 3 party leaders, the National Committeeman, the National Committeewoman, and the chairman of the New York's Republican Party, will attend the convention as pledged delegates by virtue of their position. |

If only one Presidential Candidate qualifies for the ballot ... then no Primary shall be held and such Candidate shall be awarded all pledged delegates and alternates.
